Online store orders


  1. Shopping in HL Studija online store:

    1. Select the product, shade and volume (it will be automatically rounded up to the number of square meters corresponding to the number of full tiles).
    2. Specify the desired place of receipt and payment method.
    3. Finalize Your request by entering the contact information required for the order and sending it to us (learn more about data processing here).
    4. Wait for confirmation from our customer specialist (we’ll get back to You within 2 working days) about the availability of the product. You may be asked to specify the preferred method of payment and receipt.
    5. Pay for the order based on the payment method chosen.
    6. Receive a payment confirmation from our specialist and go to the place specified by You to receive Your order.

 

  1. Payment

There are two ways to pay for an order after our customer specialist has confirmed the availability of materials in stock:

The purpose of the payment/order must indicate the number of the invoice to be paid.

 

  • In Riga and Liepaja showrooms (with payment card or cash)**
    • HL Studija showroom in Rīga – Katlakalna street 6D, interior quarter DECCO CENTRS
      (!) FYI – payment upon receipt at the Riga warehouse at Mazlēpju Street 16 k-2 is not possible – it is possible to do it in the salon at Katlakalna Street 6D or by bank transfer.
    • HL Studija showroom in Liepāja – Brīvības street 158a, Big Fish shopping centre.

** Showroom visit is possible in accordance with the current COVID-19 restrictions issued by Latvian government – starting from 11.10.2021. – with an interoperable vaccination or recovery certificate.

 

  1. Receiving order:

It is possible to receive Your order in one of the HL Studija warehouses, on a working day, during working hours:

 

*(!) We remind you that payment in the Riga warehouse is not possible – it is possible to do it only in the DECCO CENTRS salon or remotely – by transfer.

Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of payment confirmation from our specialist. Otherwise, a storage fee may apply (depending on the order amount 10 – 100 EUR / day).

  1. Right of withdrawal:

With reference to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract (from the goods or services ordered in the form of a distance contract) within 14 days of receipt, without providing any justification.  pircējam ir tiesības 14 dienu laikā no saņemšanas brīža, nesniedzot nekādu pamatojumu, atkāpties no distances līguma (no distances līguma veidā pasūtītās preces vai pakalpojuma).

To use the right of withdrawal and return the goods, You must:

  1. The withdrawal form*** must be filled in and sent to [email protected] or [email protected]  (based on place of issue) before returning the goods;
  2. The goods must be returned in full, as indicated in the consignment note(-s) and in the visual and technical condition as they were issued in the warehouse (without any signs of use, assembly or cutting);
  3. The goods must be returned to the warehouse no later than 14 days from the moment of their receipt, together with a printed, completed withdrawal form***.

SIA H&L Studija, without unreasonable delay, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return form and the goods in stock, the amount of money indicated by the customer in the consignment note will be returned to the payer’s bank account or refunded in cash.
